The production route of the wire rolling plate is: blanking-forging-spheroidizing annealing-machining-cold rolling thread-quenching low temperature tempering-grinding processing.
Forged:
This procedure is repeated upsetting and drawing of the bar material in order to make the carbide distribution uniform and change the internal flow distribution of the steel.
It is generally desirable that the flow lines of the washboard be distributed as shown in the figure.
spheroidizing annealing:
The hardness of the blank is high and the composition is uneven. In order to reduce the hardness and facilitate the cutting process, it also prepares the organization for the final heat treatment. Technical indicators are:
9SiCr steel, hardness 197 ~ 241HB
The depth of decarburization layer is not allowed to exceed 1/2 of the processing allowance. Heat it to 790 ℃ for 2h, furnace cool it to 710 ℃, keep it for 7h, furnace cool it to 500 ℃, and air cool it. Microstructure after spheroidizing annealing: spherical pearlite.
Cold rolling thread:
It is the key process in the manufacturing process, the use of roller needle processing thread, its precision directly affects the quality of the processed external thread, so the technical requirements should be strictly enforced.
Heat treatment of wire rolling board:
Technical requirements: hardness 58 ~ 62HRC; Quenched martensite is less than grade 2.5 [in metallographic examination (500x)]; The tooth surface is free of oxidation, decarburization and pitting.
Process flow: preheating-heating-cooling-cleaning-tempering-checking hardness-blackening-appearance inspection.
Tempering process:
Due to the effect of Si and Cr elements, the tempering stability of steel is improved, so it is tempered at 200~230°C. At this temperature, the hardness decreases very little, and the hardness is still very high after tempering.
The microstructure after tempering is: M-back granular carbide with a small amount of residual austenite.
